As a mother, wife and a full time employee, I spent many days on the go. I went from home and work, to extracurricular activities with my children; I even prepared dinner on most days. With only a few hours of rest, I repeated the same cycle again the next day. Without even realizing, my daily routine caused me to neglect my own health and personal needs. My poor “on the go” diet, lack of sleep, and inability to effectively deal with daily stressors appropriately, caused me to suffer with headaches, anxiety and other health issues. Then in April 2019, I was blessed with a once in a lifetime opportunity. A chance to alleviate stress, pursue my own dreams, improve my health and ultimately change my life. I made the critical decision to get rid of the biggest stressor in my life by resigning from my job of 15 years. My longing to help others grew even stronger. I began to ask myself, “How can I help others deal with the daily stress in our lives?” I researched constantly until God revealed my new direction. Today, I introduce to you “The Natural ER.” A Health and Wellness Center that provides natural services and natural products for everyday use. As the owner of “The Natural ER,” I have spent countless hours investigating a wide variety of information to provide a universal solution. The Natural ER offers a wide variety of products with limited or no chemicals that harms the body. We also offer additional homeopathic services tailored specifically with our customer in mind.
